U.S. Migration Metrics is an academic project within Penn State University’s U.S. Immigration Program. Our team of researchers is dedicated to democratizing non-partisan data and information on the foreign-born population.

Visitors can explore our interactive Dashboard to access customizable estimates and visualizations by region, demographic group, and country of origin. We also publish Data Drops, Research Briefs, and Policy Explainers that make migration trends and policy implications accessible to all. This project is supported by the Pennsylvania Center for Latino Research (PaCLR), the Population Research Institute (PRI), and Migration Diversity Initiative (MDI)
